1. What does the SEO optimization include?
We update your listing bi-monthly with fresh keywords, descriptions, and links to improve your visibility in the directory and on Google.

2. How does the lead capture form work?
When someone fills out the form on your listing, their inquiry goes straight to your email and phone so you can follow up right away.

3. Can I keep my content if I no longer want the $197/mo tier?
Yes. All photos, videos, and written content created for your listing are yours to keep if you downgrade or cancel.

4. How often can I update my listing?
You can make up to 3 complimentary updates each month for sales, offers, announcements, or other important changes for the Full Page Feature. For the Half Page Feature, updates are if your contact information changes.

5. What happens during the video and photo shoot session?
We’ll schedule a time to visit your business, capture 10 professional photos, and film a 60-second promotional video that’s fully edited and embedded into your listing.

6. Is it really free to join and can I cancel any time?
Yes. It’s free to join for all tiers until January 1, 2026. The Basic Free tier remains free forever. You can cancel any tier at any time, please give us at minimum 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

Note: There is no charge today. As part of our beta testing, ALL LISTINGS ARE FREE to join. Starting January 1, 2026, you’ll receive a message via SMS and email asking if you’d like to continue or cancel your listing. If you choose to continue, you’ll be asked to confirm your preferred listing tier, billing and adjustments will begin based on your selection. Basic Listing tier will remain free to join.
